Essential cookies

Required for the site and dashboard to function: session authentication, security tokens, load balancing and your cookie preference itself. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service, and they carry no advertising identifiers.

Analytics cookies

Used to understand which pages merchants visit and where they get stuck, so we can improve the product. Data is aggregated and never used to build an advertising profile. On our marketing site these are set only after consent.

Marketing cookies

Used on the Nouss marketing site to measure the performance of our own campaigns. They are set only with consent and can be withdrawn at any time. The Nouss script installed on a merchant store never sets marketing cookies for Nouss's own purposes.

The Nouss store script

On a merchant store, Nouss sets a first-party identifier scoped to that store's domain so returning sessions can be recognised and scored. It is not shared across merchants, not used for cross-site tracking, and respects the merchant's consent management platform, including Google Consent Mode.

Cookie preferences

You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie preferences control on our site. Withdrawing consent stops future non-essential cookies and clears existing ones on your next visit.
